When visiting MonTECH at the University of Montana parking is available in the designated visitor parking spaces, shown below. Most of these spaces are marked with "Rural Institute" signs; some are marked "Quick Stop" but are not limited to Rural Institute & MonTECH visitors. All visitors, including users of accessible parking spaces, must display a Rural Institute parking slip. The University is very quick about ticketing and towing unauthorized vehicles - after you park, please sign-in and get a parking slip at the Rural Institute front office.

Getting to MonTech from I-90:

Exit 105 onto Van Buren Street, heading South. Turn West onto Broadway and keep to the far-left lane. Turn left at the stoplight, onto Madison Street. Driving over the bridge, remain in the left lane and veer left as the road forks. Stick to the left, as it will become a left-turn-only lane. After making the turn, get in the right lane, and take the first available right, onto Maurice Avenue. The Next right is Eddy Avenue. See detailed map above.

Getting to MonTECH from Highway 12 and 93 North

To get to MonTECH from Highway 12 and 93 North (which turns into Brooks Street, through Missoula) follow Brooks Street until it merges with Higgins Avenue at Hellgate High School. After the merge, take the first right onto Sixth Street. Take Sixth Street six blocks to Maurice Avenue, turn right, then take the next right onto Eddy Avenue, see the map above.
