You are invited to the annual Missoula Community ADA Picnic on July 15th at McCormick Park. Our annual picnic/potluck is from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Summit is providing chicken strips plus mac & potato salad. Home and Community Based Services and the Rural Institute are providing cold water bottles . Feel free to bring something to go with this meal to share and bring a friend!
Activities start at 10 am and run throughout the day:
Summit welcome table – Rev up the national disability voter registration and upcoming classes
YODA welcome table – 50/50 raffle and local art for sale
Adaptive Recreation Clinc – Bring a helmet and try out and adaptive bike
Bocce – lead by the YODA group – Youth Organized for Disability Action show you how to play this lawn game
Fishing at Silver lagoon – Missoula Parks and Recreation will have adaptive fishing poles
Yoga for everyone – local instructors will demonstrate
Comedy Improv by Homegrown Comedy – What will they do to show off their recreation skills?
