All of our t-shirts are printed on demand, which means each item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not offer exchanges or refunds unless we send you the wrong design or the item is defective.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at shawna.hanson@mso.umt.edu within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will assist you.
