The Trekker Breeze is a handheld GPS device with audio output designed for people who are blind or severely visually impaired. It announces GIS coordinates of users' locations with the press of a button. The unit can be used to record multiple GIS coordinates of a route enabling users to independently navigate the route later. (Currently, there is not a GIS layer map available for the Trekker Breeze for locations in Montana to allow the unit to announce specific intersections, road names, and landmarks) . Portable enough for one-hand or for hands-free use with included belt clip. Accessories included: plug in charger, black leather case, shoulder strap, USB cord, external speaker with a clip, instruction manual, audio users guide CD and a documentation CD. This device has the US Samantha voice. *UPDATES: Maps have been updated to v3.3 maps. This GPS device is loaded with maps for Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Other states can be loaded upon request.
