Welcome to the MATP Equipment Loan site. All Montanans can borrow equipment free of charge for a short-term (usually 30-day) trial. Please browse all of the equipment that we have available, or search for a specific device.

FIRST-TIME USERS: Click on the 'Instructions' link in the User Tools Menu to get detailed instructions on how to use this site OR click on the 'Create Account' link in the sidebar to create a new account.

START IMMEDIATELY: Log in (using the 'Log In' link in the sidebar) and then begin searching for equipment to borrow.

SEARCH FOR EQUIPMENT: You may search for equipment several ways. To do a quick search for an item available through the MATP program, type a search term in the quick search box at the top of this page, and then click on the 'Search' button. To view a list of all equipment available through the MATP program, leave the quick search field blank and click on the 'Search' button. To search or browse for items within a specific category, or to search for an item that is available through any loan or exchange program (not just the MATP program) click on the 'Search by Category' link in the sidebar and follow the directions on that page.

COVID-19 Update: Loan items are thoroughly cleaned upon receipt and prior to check-out with cleaning products approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. For more information about our cleaning protocol, call us at 243-4539.
