The Amefa L Knife was designed to be used by either right or left hand. The knife features a serrated blade, curved for an easy, smooth, rocking motion. Amefa Utensils are lightweight stainless steel forks, knives, and spoons, made with built up plastic curved handles that fit comfortably in the hand.
