The Sendero Miniguide obstacle Detector is a handheld aid for Blind/Low-Vision users that alerts the user of an obstacle via vibration. The vibrations pulse more frequently as the user approaches the obstacle to give the user a sense of distance to the obstacle. The Obstacle Detector is not to be used as a primary aid, but is meant to supplement other aids such as canes and guide dogs. Requires a type 123 lithium battery (included).
