This portable lightweight seat is designed to be attached to a variety of chairs, to provide extra support to the user. The GoTo seat features harness style chest straps, adjustable lateral supports, an adjustable head rest, and three attachment straps. Please note, this seating support can not be used independently; it must be attached to a chair. Sizing: Maximum user weight: 33 lbs, Weight of seat: about 5 lbs, Seat depth: 7 inches, Lateral support width: 7.5-10 inches, Seat base to top of headrest: 14-21 inches.

You must have a physical or occupational therapist's approval before borrowing this item. Please have the therapist fill out the Therapist Approval Form and then upload the signed form when you request this item.
