**THIS ITEM IS PICKUP ONLY DUE TO ITS SIZE*** The Hippocampe wheelchair offers individuals with disabilities access to difficult terrains that would be impossible to reach in a standard wheelchair. It is designed for trail use, and it comes with balloon wheels to make beaches/sand accessible. It floats in water, and the seat is composed of a thick and hydrophobic foam that does not absorb water and dries quickly. The blue sheathed tubes are comfortable to the touch and do not heat up in the sun. This wheelchair also comes with removable armrests, a seatbelt, a harness, headrest, and a transport bag. Please note that while the regular wheels are suitable for self-propulsion, the balloon wheels do not allow for self-propulsion.
