Seat depth 11-16"; Back height 13-21"; Seat-to-footplate length 11-16". Weight limit 110 pounds. The footplate is solid. A basket under the seat offers carrying space. The steering/pushing handle's angle can be adjusted as needed. This seat has both a 5-point harness and a lap belt with padding for comfort. This stroller does have tie downs.
