The EZ-ON 503 X-Small lay down vest is a seatbelt designed for children 12 months of age or older weighing 22 lbs. - 106 lbs. with chest and waist measurements between 18" - 24". The EZ-ON 503 is intended to safely transport children who need to be lying down in a vehicle due to a spinal injury, body cast, long leg cast, or hip spica cast. ***This purchase was made possible through funding from a Preschool Development Grant as part of the Bright Future B-5 Project through the MT Department of Public Health and Human Services.*** Early childhood item.
