This item is compatible with the new style rifton trikes. This winged padded headrest is 16"x5" when flat to 6" between wings at 90 degrees. It attaches to the trunk support system of the trike and easily adjusts vertically and horizontally for optimal positioning. The wings on the headrest provide additional head support and adjust from almost flat to 90 degrees. Compatible with all Rifton Trikes WITH a trunk support system.
